**Public clones** are clones that found in two more samples. We select clones that we found in two more samples, sort them by the number of samples that have it and present top "ReportTop" clones. On the *Public abundandant* tab we presented clones selected as follows. First we selectd top "ReportTopAbundant" abundant clones, than we found public clones amonby them and finally sort them by the number of samples that have it.

Dotplot: Segments correlation. Each dot corresponds to a specific V or J segment. Coordinate of dot is the ratio of average number of reads with specific segment among specified sample's group to average number reads with any V or J segments among the same sample's group.
